When will it reach me?
You'll see the delivery window on this page before you order, and a tracking link by email and SMS as soon as the box leaves our warehouse.
What if something is missing or damaged?
Send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we'll replace it. You don't pay again and you don't argue with anyone about it.
Is it safe for my child?
Every batch is checked against the safety standards printed on the pack. Please follow the age range shown on this page and on the box.
Can I return it if it isn't right?
Yes, within the window set out in our return policy, as long as the box and the pieces come back with it. Write to us and we'll start it for you.
Is this a good gift?
It ships in a gift-ready box, so you can send it straight to the birthday. Tell us at checkout if you'd like the invoice left out.
