How can I track my order?

As soon as your order ships, you'll receive tracking details via SMS & email.

You can also track anytime using your Order ID on our Track My Order page.

Real-time updates are powered by our logistics partner, so you'll always know exactly where your order is.

How long does delivery take?

We deliver across India within 4–7 business days.

We don't offer express shipping because we already dispatch orders as quickly as possible.

Most orders reach earlier than expected.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes — but only before shipping.

If you need to cancel, email us immediately at support@clapstore.co.in with your Order Number.

Once shipped, cancellation is not possible — as your package is already on its way.

Refunds (if applicable) are processed within 7 working days.

Can I change my delivery address?

We can update your address only before dispatch.

Please email us immediately with:

  • Order Number
  • Correct address

Once shipped, address changes are not possible.

Can I change my product after placing the order?

Before shipping: Yes, we can update it (price difference must be paid if applicable).

After shipping: Changes are not possible. You may request an exchange after delivery.

Are there any hidden shipping charges?

No. What you see at checkout is exactly what you pay.

No surprise fees. No hidden delivery charges.

What if my order is delayed or stuck?

Sometimes logistics hubs face delays due to weather, regional holidays, or high volume.

If your order shows "In Transit" or "At Hub," don't worry — it is moving through the system.

If the delay feels unusual, email us and we'll personally escalate it.

What if delivery fails?

Please ensure:

  • Your phone is reachable
  • Address is correct
  • Someone is available to receive the parcel

If delivery fails multiple times, contact us — we'll coordinate directly with the courier.

🔄 Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Do you offer returns?

Yes. If you're not satisfied, you can request a return within 7 days of delivery.

Submit a request through our Return Request Page with your Order Number and reason.

After approval:

  • Reverse pickup is arranged
  • Refund processed within 7–10 working days
What are the return conditions?

To ensure fairness for all customers:

  • Product must be unused
  • Original packaging must be intact
  • No signs of wear or damage
  • Subject to quality check

Products failing quality check cannot be refunded.

Are there return charges?
  • Defective or damaged items → Free return
  • Change of mind / Not satisfied → ₹200 return-courier charge

You may also self-ship at your own cost.

What if I receive a damaged or wrong product?

Please inform us within 7 days. Submit:

  • Order Number
  • Clear photos or videos

After verification, we offer:

  • Free replacement, OR
  • Full refund

We make this process smooth and fast.

Do you offer exchanges?

Yes — one-time exchange is allowed for defective or damaged items.

Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery and depend on stock availability.

Exchange completion may take 7–10 business days.

Can I cancel after shipping?

No. Once your order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.

You may initiate a return after delivery if needed.

When will I receive my refund?

After your returned product passes quality check:

  • Refund is processed within 5–7 business days
  • Prepaid orders → Refunded to original payment method
  • COD orders → Transferred directly to your bank account

Refund timelines may slightly vary depending on your bank.

I haven't received my refund yet. What should I do?

First, check with your bank or card provider.

If still unresolved after 7 days, email us and we'll investigate immediately.

Can I change my refund method?

No. Once selected during return submission, the refund method cannot be changed.

Can I return products bought from Amazon or other platforms?

Orders placed on marketplaces follow their respective return policies.

Please contact the platform directly for assistance.

How do I register my warranty?

Warranty must be registered within 7 days of delivery.

Use our Warranty Registration Page and enter:

  • Order details
  • Product serial number

What happens if I cancel a COD order?

If cancelled before shipping: Partial payment and COD fee will be refunded.

After shipping, cancellation is not possible.

Only one coupon can be applied per order unless specified otherwise.
