Return Window
We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your order to request a return.
If more than 7 days have passed, we cannot offer a refund or exchange (unless covered under warranty).
All return and exchange requests must be submitted through our Return Prime Page.
Requests sent via email will not be processed for returns.
Return Eligibility
To keep our products premium for every child, we cannot accept returns for products that show signs of "Life at Home."
When a Return is NOT Eligible:
We take pride in our products. A return/refund is not possible if the product shows:

Surface Contamination: Visible oil stains, food spills, or residue on the product

Personal Branding: Intentional scribbles, pen markings, or "artistic" additions by the child.

Physical Damage: Deep scratches from sharp objects or rough handling that isn't part of normal play/building.

Hygiene/Usage: Accumulation of dirt or grime from repeated use with unclean hands.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must raise a request within 7 days of delivery via the Return Prime Page.

After verification:

A free replacement will be issued, OR

A full refund will be processed
All return shipping charges for defective items are covered by us.
Returns for Other Reasons (Change of Mind)
If you are not satisfied for non-damage reasons, you may return the product within 7 days.
Conditions:

Product must be unused

Original packaging intact

Subject to inspection
A standard ₹150 return-courier charge applies.
Alternatively, you may self-ship the product to our warehouse at your own expense.
Refunds
Once your returned product is received and inspected:

You will receive an approval confirmation

Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
Refund Method:

Prepaid orders → Refunded to original payment method

COD orders → Bank transfer (details submitted on Return Prime Page.)
Processing time may vary depending on your bank.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.
Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days through the Return Prime Page.
Shipping Charges:

Defective exchange → Free

Non-defective exchange → ₹150 return-courier charge
Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Warranty
We provide a 1-month limited warranty, valid only if the product is registered within 7 days of purchase on our Warranty Registration Page.
Warranty covers manufacturing defects only.
Warranty does not cover:

Unauthorized modifications
If eligible, we will provide repair or replacement at no additional cost.
