We already ship orders as quickly as possible. Currently, we do not offer a separate fast-track option or extra fee for expedited shipping.

Returns, Replacements & Refunds

If your product is defective, please email support@clapstore.co.in. We’ll work on a resolution, which may include a replacement or refund, as quickly as possible.

If you’re unhappy with your product, email us at support@clapstore.co.in. We’ll assess the situation and advise on any available refund options.A standard reverse shipping charge of ₹150 will apply in this case. Read FAQ 19 for more details

Yes. If your item arrives damaged contact support@clapstore.co.in. We’ll determine whether a replacement or another solution works best.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, returned in the original packaging with all accessories included, and accompanied by a valid proof of purchase. Certain items such as personal care products, perishable goods, and digital/downloadable items are non-returnable.

Our return and exchange policy is valid for 7 days from the date of delivery. If 7 days have passed since you received your order, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please inform us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing support@clapstore.co.in with your Order Number and clear photos or videos of the damaged product and packaging. Upon verification, we will provide a free replacement or issue a full refund as per our assessment.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send a confirmation email regarding approval or rejection. If approved, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

If you haven’t received your refund within the expected timeframe, please check with your bank or payment provider, and contact your credit card company, as it may take additional time for the refund to be processed. If the issue persists, contact us at support@clapstore.co.in.

Orders can be canceled before dispatch with no cancellation charges. If an order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled. To request a cancellation, email support@clapstore.co.in with your Order Number, Name, and Contact Details.

For returns under FAQ 11 (refund if unsatisfied) and FAQ 12 (replacement for unsatisfactory items), a return-courier charge of ₹150 applies.

For defective or damaged items (FAQ 10), return shipping is free and any original shipping fees will be refunded.

Alternatively, you may ship the item back to our warehouse using a courier of your choice, at your own expense.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at support@clapstore.co.in.
