Great product only if it worked properly. Product can be charged via USB-C charging port only (no batteries), which didn't work despite trying the cable provided by the company and several other cables/charging points at home. Customer support is extremely poor. They don't have a number to call for quick resolution. Their support hours are 11 am - 5 pm, but they respond to emails only at 5 pm so a whole day goes by to get another update. I've reached out to them for either a replacement or refund, it's been 2 days with absolutely no resolution and still waiting for an actionable solution to the issue. Would not recommend based on this poor experience.

The box is quite good especially the music parts.
One issue is with this box there is no music on lights which is there for older boxes.

I purchased this item last to last month .and it didn't even last 1 month. My 1.2 year baby only played it for like max half hour. And it stopped working.I tried to repair it later but of no use . Please don't waste your money on such products. It's costly and useless product.

I bought the beat maker for my 2.5 year old nephew and he absolutely loves it! Thank you, its genuinely an amazing toy!
Product is great and my kid likes it. But he will use 10 to 15 mins max and after that he will get boarded and goes for other toys...
